Dengemarsh

Dengemarsh - 1400hrs - mild, sunny, sw2 - Spent a pleasant couple of hours walking the Dengemarsh circuit from Boulderwall to Springfield Bridge, returning via the chicken sheds and across the farmland. Highlights included the leucistic Grey Heron and 200 Goldies at the corral, Bearded Tits and Cetti`s Warbler from the ramp, GWEgret and Merlin from Dengemarsh hide, a Black Redstart on the chicken sheds and a pair of Stonechats plus a single White-front on the farmland. Also en-route, 4 different Marsh Harriers, 100 Wigeons, 6 Shelducks, 4 Dabchicks and singles of Sparrowhawk, Kestrel and Reed Bunting. Bumped into MB on the access road and had a natter about his trip to Antarctica.
