Shelducks and Crows

Lade - cold, frosty, sunny, nw3 - slithered across the shingle this morning as the first ground frost of the winter turned the stones into a skating rink. Two Shelducks dropped in on south pit and 3 Marsh Harriers were working the rough ground by the airport. On the beach in the afternoon counted 44 Carrion Crows picking over flotsam on the tide line amongst Turnstones and Oystercatchers.
